Look to see what are age-appropriate activities for each grade level. Then use the activities included to explore the different types of activities: aerobic, anaerobic, muscle-strengthening, and bone-strengthening. Finally, have your youngsters plan out three days of appropriate physical activities and see if they can actually stick to the plan.
