Why Lesson Planet?
Middle schoolers play a game to practice receiving and relaying telephone messages. They are divided into two groups, callers and receivers. Receivers sit facing a wall, callers behind them. When a caller wants to make a call they tap the shoulder of the receiver in front of them. Receivers tell the caller that whoever is asked for is not there, but they take a message. As receivers get messages, the callers get up to call another friend on the list.
