Reinforce concepts and encourage learner engagement with a collection of math games, science experiments, and cross curricular activities. In one fun resource, learners sort objects, keep a diary of everyday fractions, play a game using fraction strips, perform science experiments that look at melting ice, measure volume, and investigate how a leaf changes color in the fall. Additionally, strategies to support multiplication and book recommendations are provided to extend the learning experience.

Classroom Considerations

  • If sending the pages home, copies are required
  • Check the dates for the current year's autumnal equinox, as the 2015 date that is listed may not be correct

Pros

  • Activities offer a variety of ways to reinforce concepts

Cons
