Decision making, including decisions that are made for us by others, decisions that are easy to make, and those that are not are the focus of a skill-building lesson that provides class members with a four-step decision-making model. Class members practice listing the choices they have when called on to make a decision and the pros and cons of these options. They then consider the feelings that could be involved and what they believe about the situation before choosing how to respond.
