Life In Extreme Environments

Students work together to design and participate in experiments to determine the rate rotifers eat. After completing their experiments, they record and analyze their data and identify any challenges faced during the procedure. They discuss their results with the class and ask any new questions brought about because of them.

Lesson Planet helps me find fantastic ideas to spin off of and approach with my alternative education high school students. They can be difficult to motivate and sometimes when I'm just out of ideas- this site gives me just what I need to add to motivate them!
