Making Two-Dimensional Shapes

Curated and Reviewed by Lesson Planet

Which shapes fit? Learners practice visual discrimination using a geometry worksheet, which has them examine shapes that have been divided in half. They observe a set of shapes to determine which of them would fit into each half of the original figures. There are six total divided shapes. It would be good to also do this with actual blocks or cut-out shapes to help learners tangibly understand the concept. Note that there are some grammar issues in this worksheet.
