Not only do learners calculate measures of center and spread (including mean, median, deviation, and IQ range), but also use this information to draw conclusions about the underlying population. • Could be combined with computer class and lab time to learn spreadsheet software for data analysis and histogram creation
• Analysis could be used as the data for a statistical reports writing activity

• Assumes students are already capable of performing data analysis since no method instruction is provided
• Not enough room on the worksheet to show work

• Synthesis questions require more thought than straight computation questions

• Using two different teaching methods as a basis for analysis might undermine teaching efforts in future lessons
• Some equations didn't convert to pdf properly and resulted in some odd spacing / random floating fraction bar in the teacher key, specifically in the population mean calculation
• Analysis directions might lead to some confusion between correlation and causation
