Another PowerPoint gives the class the opportunity to apply the concepts of MyPlate on a worksheet. Recipes are provided for the class to prepare and eat in class. Ideally, the food prepared should also be evaluated according to MyPlate guidelines, but it is not a part of the lesson plan.
