Recipes for Foreign Foods

Upper graders choose a foreign country to research. They use the computer to locate three recipes from the country of their choice. Next, they link the information in each recipe to what they know about nutrition and food. Note: This instructional activity is slightly outdated and focuses on using the computer to complete research. It was written in 1999. This level of research would now be more appropriate for 5th graders.
