Four lessons focus on job opportunities in Texas. In the first lesson, scholars examine the geography of Texas in preparation for analyzing data that showcases the economy of different regions. Lesson three challenges pupils to research a common profession followed by a home-connection interview with an adult. Finally, class members write a persuasive essay to a high schooler about a specific job.
