Build basic counting skills with this great resource. The instructions say to print, laminate, and cut out the cloud pages and raindrops, then attach Velcro to the back of each raindrop to make a re-usable game. Your special needs or Autistic learners identify the number, then count and place the correct number of raindrops under each cloud. This could also be a cut-and-paste activity.
