Given five different food labels, young nutritionists will rank them from most to least healthy, supporting their choices with a short explanatory paragraph. The assessment also asks for the identification of food groups, which is challenging since the food labels do not list ingredients, only nutrition facts. Consider cutting out and copying food labels with ingredient lists to help learners reach the learning objectives of the assessment.
