Introduction to a Flight Computer

Introduce high schoolers to the mathematics of aeronautics with a three-lesson unit module that examines the calculations flight computers make and the maintenance graphs airline mechanics must keep. Class members use what they have learned to solve real-world problems, then design and test a paper airplane with paper clip loads.
