An introductory lesson plan shows learners how pervasive and influential advertising is in our culture; particularly, how teenagers are actively targeted by advertisers. As teenagers, your young scholars already have all the information they need to complete this lesson plan. Through brainstorming, discussions, and a journal write, your class will explore their feelings about advertising directed at them. This resource includes some good instructional questions to prompt discussion.
